MOXI LASER TREATMENT
IN Belsize Park Hampstead, Primrose Hill, St Johns Wood
HEATH CLINIC
Moxi Laser Treatment
At Heath Clinic in Hampstead, we specialise in skin-first, regenerative treatments that support long-term skin health. Moxi by Sciton is one of the most advanced non-ablative fractional lasers available, designed to improve tone, texture and clarity with minimal downtime. It’s ideal for patients who want to correct early signs of sun damage or maintain skin quality over time without intensive recovery.
Moxi offers a subtle yet effective way to keep skin looking clear, bright and youthful. It’s often described as a prejuvenation tool for those in their 20s, 30s, or 40s or as a way to refresh the skin between deeper treatments. Whether you are just starting your skin journey or maintaining long-term results, Moxi is a powerful tool for healthy ageing.

What is Moxi?
Moxi is a fractionated, non-ablative laser that uses a 1927 nanometre wavelength to deliver controlled energy to the upper layers of the skin. This stimulates cell turnover, promotes collagen production and helps the skin repair itself more efficiently. Because it doesn’t damage the surface of the skin, Moxi treatments are safe, comfortable and involve little to no downtime.
It’s suitable for all skin types and tones and can be performed year-round with proper sun protection. The treatment is fully customisable and can be adjusted for different intensities depending on your skin needs and tolerance.
What does Moxi treat?
Moxi is highly effective at improving overall skin quality. It can help with:
-
Uneven skin tone
-
Textural irregularities
-
Early sun damage
-
Pigmentation and melasma
-
Dull or lacklustre skin
-
Enlarged pores
-
Fine lines and early ageing
It’s not designed for deep resurfacing or treating severe scarring, but is ideal for those looking to prevent signs of ageing, refresh the skin, target pigmentation or maintain results from previous treatments.

What to Expect from Your Treatment
Your treatment begins with a full skin consultation to assess your concerns, goals and suitability. A topical numbing cream may be applied to maximise comfort. The laser is then passed over the skin in a controlled pattern, delivering energy to stimulate regeneration beneath the surface.
You may feel a warm or prickling sensation during treatment. Afterwards, the skin may appear pink and feel slightly rough, similar to sandpaper. Small dots known as MENDS (microscopic epidermal necrotic debris) may form and naturally slough off over several days, revealing smoother, brighter skin.
The treatment takes around 30 minutes, and most patients are back to normal activities the same or the next day. For best results, a course of three treatments is typically recommended, spaced four to six weeks apart.
Combining Moxi with Other Treatments
Moxi is often used alongside other regenerative treatments for enhanced results. It pairs especially well with Sciton’s BBL light therapy to address both pigment and texture concerns in a single session. It can also be combined with skin boosters, exosomes or medical-grade skincare to support collagen stimulation and optimise healing.
At Heath Clinic, we will always guide you through the right combinations based on your skin, goals and lifestyle.
At Dr Marc Aesthetics, we take a holistic, full-face approach to rejuvenation.
